Return Policy:
We want you, our customer, to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! Therefore, all stones are backed by
our satisfaction guarantee and may be returned in original condition, unaltered and undamaged within 7 days
of your receiving them, for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. We do not charge "re-stocking" or other fees.
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Gemfix reserves the right to inspect returned stones for abuse or damage before issuing a refund or exchange. Before returning any item e-mail us at: info@gemfix.com or call (619) 696-0596 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not be able to process your return and properly credit your account without a Return Authorization number.


Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks drawn on U.S. banks, and cashier's cheques.
Orders paid by credit cards are processed through our secure server. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Orders paid by check or money order may be phoned, faxed, or e-mailed. We accept international credit card orders
only from selected countries, all other international orders must be processed by bank wire transfer.
