We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks drawn on U.S. banks, and U.S. money orders. Orders paid by credit cards are processed through our secure server. We also accept payments through PayPal and Google checkout. Orders paid by check or money order may be phoned, faxed, or e-mailed. We accept international credit card orders only from selected countries, all other international orders will be processed through bank wire transfer.

Return Policy:
We want you, our customer, to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. Therefore, all stones are backed by our satisfaction guarantee and may be returned in original condition, unaltered and undamaged within 7 days for a full refund, with adjustment for shipping. We do not charge "re-stocking" or other fees.Colors are as close to reality as possible, however they are approximate. Please inspect your order when you receive it. Gemfix reserves the right to inspect returned stones for abuse or damage before issuing a refund or exchange. Before returning any item e-mail us at: info@gemfix.com or call (619) 696-0596 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
We will not be able to process your return and properly credit your account without a Return Authorization number.

Return Policy For Custom Cutting Orders:
Because cutting a stone alters it permanently, stones that we custom cut for you are non-returnable. "But what if I don't like it?" We suggest after purchase you preview the stone you would like cut and if you like it*, return it to us with your statement of approval. Only then will we cut it to your specifications. After this time it will be non-returnable.
*If you don't like it prior to re-cutting, we will gladly refund the cost of the stone according to our return policy above.
